About Us
Our Purpose: The purpose of the LaSalle County Economic Development Committee (LCEDC) is to improve the quality of life for the residents of LaSalle County through enhanced economic development with a proactive economic development marketing campaign. The organization is structured exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Participating economic development organizations in LaSalle County will develop a marketing campaign to assist in the creation of jobs and expansion of the tax base of the County and its municipalities.
